This state-of-the-art site covers the latest automation and is at the forefront of automated logistics partnering with a large online business and receives a huge amount of investment into their engineers and machinery on site. As an assistant maintenance team leader, you will step into a role that allows tons of progression in the future.
The Role:
As an deputy maintenance team leader your role will include
- stepping in for the TL – dealing with running and organising shift in his absence
- driving health and safety, technical support of engineers and liaising with production
- being heavily involved with the hands-on nature of the role – breakdowns/PPM Work
The Person
Our client is looking for a deputy maintenance team leader who
- Has a level 3 qualification – requirement of electrical modules within this qualification
- ideal experience working in a manufacturing, food or logistics environment
- confident and happy to work electrically
- happy to work within a team environment
