My client is a global manufacturing partner working with the biggest brands across the world are looking for an experienced motivated Electrical Bias Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their busy site in Hull, East Yorkshire.
My client stays ahead of their competition by constantly developing their production lines ensuring orders are met on demand. They exceed both customer and regulatory expectations and requirements through their continuous improvement strategies and deliver in reductions of waste, costs, and drive competitiveness in their core market.
As the Maintenance Engineer, I require the below:
- A recognised electrical Apprenticeship or equivalent
- Excellent fault-finding skills
- Proactive with a methodical mindset
- Experience of working within a fast-paced environment his highly desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of Electricity at Work Regulations
Duties of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer:
- Continuous improvement – working on high tolerance machinery and improving maintenance tasks
- Carry out effective repairs to machinery and ensure minimal downtime is achieved
- Ensure all safety protocol is carried out correctly
- Report all safety issues to the engineering manager
