Electrical Maintenance Engineer

£37668 - £40287 after 3 months’ probation + OTE £5k + Bespoke training + Career Progression + Brand new equipment bespoke training

Hours – Continentals - 4 days on, off, 4 nights on

Location – High Peak, Derbyshire (commutable from Glossop, Cheshire, Manchester, Buxton, Matlock, Greater Manchester, Macclesfield)

This role would suit an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer from a FMCG high speed production environment, who is flexible and is happy to work continental shifts.

My client has recently invested over £50million over the last 3 years and are currently building a new site in the UK, they are expanding immensely, which means there will be lots of opportunities for you to showcase your hard work and move up the ladder.

Responsibilities of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer

-        Reactive and preventative maintenance on a range of equipment and machinery; Robot pickers, check weighers, multi head weighers, conveyors and much more

-        Project work

-        95% electrical fault find and 5% mechanical

-        Read electrical schematic/drawings

Ideal Electrical Maintenance Engineer

-        MUST HAVE Electrical level 3 qualifications (NVQ/BTEC/ONC)

-        Experience in electrical fault find

-        Worked within a high speed/FMCG production site for a minimum 3 years

-        Able to read electrical drawings

-        Happy to work continental shifts
