My client is a UK manufacturer of high-quality products are looking for an experienced motivated Electrical Bias Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their busy site in Leeds, West Yorkshire. My client stays ahead of their competition by constantly developing their production lines ensuring orders are met on demand. They can complete high volume orders ahead of schedule, meaning their order books are full.
As the Electrical Maintenance Engineer, I require the below:
- A recognised electrical Apprenticeship or equivalent
- Excellent fault-finding skills
- Proactive with a methodical mindset
- Experience of working within a fast-paced environment his highly desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of Electricity at Work Regualtions
Duties of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer:
- Continuous improvement – working on high tolerance machinery and improving maintenance tasks
- Carry out effective repairs to machinery and ensure minimal downtime is achieved
- Ensure all safety protocol is carried out correctly
- Report all safety issues to the electrical supervisor
