Role – Electrical Maintenance Technician
Salary - £42,500 – OTE Earnings £58k
Hours – Monday to Friday, Days only
Location – Huddersfield
Holidays – 33 days

ATA Recruitment are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance who has previously worked in a maintenance environment. You will be based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire working for a leading manufacturer producing bespoke goods to the public, including, universities venues and new home showrooms. They have just invested £10m into their plant. This is an exciting time to join this company and work on their new state of the are equipment including Homag, that have just been commissioned last year.
Role of the Maintenance Engineer:
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Electrical Maintenance Engineer is responsible for all planned and preventative maintenance and completion of all daily tasks in a timely manner. Adopt analytical approach to problem solving and contributing continuous improvements to be made to the plant to increase effectiveness and little down time.
Requirements of the Maintenance Engineer:
- Hold a recognised NVQ level 3 Electrical qualification
- Excellent multi skilled fault-finding skills
- Focused on planned and preventative maintenance
- Familiar and experience on all types of AC/DC motors and control panels
- Healthy and safety conscious and familiar with all safety requirements
- Able to fault finds on PLC’s
