Salary – £47,000
Shifts – DAYS Only – Monday to Friday 07:30 – 3:30pm
Location – Wakefield

A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work for a leading FMCG Manufacturing business supplying into some of the UK’s and EU biggest retailers. They need someone to join their team and continue the growth within the business helping them to tackle down time efficiency and be a key part to the overall production targets. The business are very cash rich and now on a journey to modernise their maintenance function. They are looking for someone to help drive the improve of the site. The Role
As the Electrical Maintenance Engineer, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Electrical work- Fault find read circuit drawings, swap like for like components and fault find on PLC
- Working on various automated conveyors, packaging lines, palletisers and much more
- Performing routine PPM checks, reactive maintenance, continuous improvement etc.
- Calibrating equipment to ensure its accuracy
About You
The ideal Electrical Maintenance Engineer will have the following:
- A recognised electrical/engineering qualification
- Experience with, or a flexible mindset for, working with automated machinery within a fast paced environment
- An open attitude to working in any type of environment
