Electrical Site Supervisor
Locations: Yateley & London
Hours: Monday–Thursday 08:30–17:15, Friday 08:30–16:00
Contract Length: Initial 12 Months
Rate: £300.00–£350.00 per day
ATA Recruitment is working with a leading MEICA engineering client delivering complex control system integration projects across the UK. We're looking for an Electrical Site Supervisor to join the team and lead the delivery and commissioning of high-value Turnkey MEICA projects within the water sector.
The Role
As the Electrical Site Supervisor, you’ll oversee junior teams in both Yateley (4 engineers) and London (2 engineers), ensuring all aspects of project delivery—from installation to commissioning—meet the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Lead and coordinate Electrical Installation & Commissioning Engineers across multiple sites.
- Plan and execute commissioning schedules, manage snagging, testing, and sign-off processes.
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Uphold and enforce Health & Safety standards on all sites.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers, driving team performance and continuous improvement.
- Ensure technical compliance across PLC, SCADA, HMI systems, VSDs, and instrumentation.
Must-Haves:
- SMSTS or SSSTS – Essential
- CSCS Gold or Black Card – Essential
- Experience in MEICA project delivery
- Strong IT literacy (Excel, Word, SharePoint, etc.
- Background in the Water Industry
Bonus if you have:
- Thames Water Passport/Card
