Sutton in Ashfield
Our engineering client based in Sutton-In-Ashfield is looking for a Fabricator/Welder to join their site on a Temp to Perm basis.
What the role will involve:
- Fabrication, assembly, and welding of all metal components for a range of bespoke projects
- Working to 2mm thin gauge specifications
- Operating various types of machinery, including CNC Punch, Presses and Laser machines
- Working closely with and reporting to the Works Supervisor and Lead Operative
- Work to the specific job pack information as per the clients’ requirements
- Comply with quality procedures and ISO 9001 requirements
What the company are looking for:
- Welding and fabrication of thin sheet metal components – not heavy welding
- Familiar with manufacturing environments
- 2+ Years’ experience in MIG welding/fabrication
