General Operative– St. Albans (Multiple Needs)
Location: St. Albans
Salary: £13 - £15 Per Hour
Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm
Immediate Start
Role Overview:
The General Operative will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the production facility. The successful candidate should be comfortable working with basic tools and equipment and be able to take on a variety of tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the assembly and preparation of products as per instructions.
- Support the loading and unloading of materials and products.
- Perform manual labour tasks including cleaning, organising, and moving materials around the site.
- Assist other team members in completing jobs as required.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Basic experience using hand tools (training will be provided as needed).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable, punctual, and a good team player.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items on the grounds of health and safety when required.
