Earning £42,000 + OT + Pension + 25 Days holiday + Bank Holidays

We are excited to be working with a leading global manufacturing business who are in their search for a maintenance engineer to join their well-established site in Derby.
Our client has been operating at multiple sites for over 30 years and have been investing heavily into upgrading the technology used on site, control systems and upgrading the safety systems. This has all amounted to an initial investment as of over £200million into the current sites. This has been possible due to our client’s commitment into reinvesting into the business creating a turnover of over £3billion.
The business has been growing from strength to strength as the firm has diversified into different aspects of engineering, expanding into multiple markets, creating a turnover in the billions globally. So, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a company which are at the forefront of modern technological manufacturing.
The Role
The role is a mix of electrical and mechanical tasks. Therefore, as the Maintenance Engineer onsite, you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out planned maintenance
- Reacting to breakdowns
- Completing remedial repair work across a busy manufacturing site.
- Maintaining machinery such as HMI Panels, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, and bespoke machinery specific to this site.
- Conducting and leading Project’s
The Candidate
To be considered for this Maintenance Engineer opportunity, you should have:
- Experience working within a factory environment.
- Must have an Engineering Qualification
- Must have experience with Fault Finding on 3 Phase Machinery.
