Role: Maintenance Engineer
Location: Enstone
Shifts: Monday to Friday (Double Days Rotating Weekly) (6am – 2pm, 2pm – 10pm))
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

Our Client that has been a family run business for over 50 years are currently looking to add two Maintenance Engineers to there highly skilled team. For the last 20 years they have seen consistent growth due to their consistent investment and development of new products. Investing heavily in the automation of the site coupled with the investment on training the Engineers has made this a fantastic place to develop your Engineering career and grow with the business.
The Role:
The Role of Maintenance Engineer will include the following:
- Reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on all of the highly automated manufacturing machinery
- Taking the lead on site for electrical breakdowns
- Working Electrically on Sensors, Three Phase Motors, Servo Motors, Relays, Contactors, Invertors, Drives
- Mechanical work with Bearings, Rollers, Gearboxes, Shafts, Pulleys, Chains, Belts,
- Looking at continuous improvement of the machinery, making improvement projects aimed at cost saving, reducing waste and improving efficiency
The Candidate:
The Right Candidate for the role of Maintenance Engineer will possess the following:
- A Recognised Engineering Qualification
- Be Confident Fault Finding Electrically
- Work well within a team environment
- Experience within Maintenance Engineering in a factory environment
- Be Confident reading electrical diagrams
