Role: Maintenance Engineer
Shifts: Double Days (Monday To Friday)
Location: Welwyn Garden City
Salary: £49,500 (OTE £57,000 +)
Benefits: Various Different Bonus Schemes - Up To 10% Production Bonus, Health and Safety Bonus + Plenty of OT Paid at 1.5/2.0 + Days Only + Progression + Training (PLC and Robotics Training Available)

The Role:
The Role of Maintenance Engineer will have the following responsibilities:
- Pre Planned Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance on various automated production machinery
- Electrical Fault Finding working safely in panels, swapping out sensors, relays, contactors, drives and invertors
- Supporting Mechanical Engineers with Maintenance on Belts, Rollers, Gearboxes, Shafts and more
- Coming up with ideas for Continuous Improvement and implementing these with the support of the Engineering team – There is typically very little red tape in getting projects signed off.
- Working on PLC systems, Modifying Code and Fault Finding (Training Provided)
- Working within a highly experienced team of Engineers
The Candidate:
The Right candidate for the role of Maintenance Engineer will possess the following:
- A Recognised Engineering Qualification
- Be confident Fault Finding Electrically using a multi-meter
- Work well within a team environment.
- Experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in a Factory Environment (Open to Industry)
- Have a Pro-Active approach to Maintenance, looking to improve machinery rather than waiting breakdowns to occur
