About the Role
As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of our advanced production lines. You'll be part of a high-performing team focused on preventative and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of automated machinery
- Diagnosing faults and implementing effective solutions to minimise downtime
- Working collaboratively with production and engineering teams to optimise performance
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and safety standards
- Maintaining detailed maintenance records and adhering to compliance protocols

What We’re Looking For:
- A recognised engineering qualification (NVQ, HNC/HND, or equivalent) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Familiarity with PLCs, conveyors, motors, pneumatics, and hydraulics is a plus
- Proactive, team-oriented approach with excellent communication skills
