About the Company
We are currently partnering with a large manufacturing business who specialise in products for everyday use. A multisite business with 9 UK sites and the continuous improvement and inv4stment to further production needs is searching for maintenance engineers to join their maintenance function. This site sites in Corby and produces for big clients including Morrisons and Lidl. A heavy manufacturing environment with tons of machinery to stuck into including bailors, grinders, and shredders.
About the Role
As a Maintenance Engineer, your work goes far beyond machine repair. You’ll ensure seamless production by performing:
- Reactive Maintenance/breakdowns
- Planned Preventative Maintenance
- Working on tons of heavy machinery
- Some Project Involvement/improvement work
About You
To succeed in this role, you must thrive in a fast-paced production environment and have a proactive, “fix it right the first time” mindset.
Requirements:
- Mechanically bias engineer
- Experience in manufacturing or other fast-paced sectors
- Qualification NVQ level 2 and above
- Comfortable with shift rotations and callout when required
- Strong problem-solving mentality and a drive for continuous improvement
- OPEN TO ENGINEERS with a VISA.
