In preparation for increased demand for the second half of the year the business is looking to add an additional mechanical Maintenance Engineer to the team
The Role
Working on one of the companies best run sites your focus as a Maintenance Engineer will be on PPM’s of all the equipment on site. This will include kilns, pick and place robotics, drying ovens and a range of different types of conveyor systems. You will also be responsible for dealing with breakdowns as they arise, this will include
- Mechanical maintenance and repair of gearboxes, bearings, shafts, sprockets, chain drives, belts and other equipment
- Basic machining
- MIG and ARC Welding (training can be provided)
The Candidate
The ideal Maintenance Engineer role will need:
- An engineering apprenticeship.
- And or a mechanical qualification to level 3
- Strong mechanical fault-finding skills.
