Your Role
As a Maintenance Engineer, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of a wide range of PLC-controlled production machinery used across the site. You’ll take ownership of both proactive and reactive maintenance activities to support operational efficiency and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out planned preventive maintenance tasks using the Idhammar CMMS system
- Responding quickly and effectively to equipment breakdowns
- Supporting engineering projects, including machine installations and upgrades
- Identifying and addressing root causes of failures to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborating with OEMs on project-based work
About You
We’re looking for a multiskilled engineer with a strong technical foundation and a proactive approach. Whether your background leans more mechanical or electrical, training will be provided to help you excel in this role.
You should have:
- A recognised Level 3 engineering qualification
- Experience working in a manufacturing or process-driven environment
- A commitment to continuous improvement and high-quality maintenance standards
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a close-knit team
