The role
The maintenance engineer role is a multi-skilled role with a mechanical bias, meaning that the role will include:
- Mechanical stripping down and installs
- Planned preventative maintenance and reactive work throughout
- Working on medium to heavy plant machinery
- Fault finding electrically and mechanically
- Hydraulics and pneumatics
About you
The ideal maintenance engineer would be:
- In possession of a recognisable engineering qualification
- Able to fault find mechanically and electrically
- Happy working within a heavy industrial environment
- Experienced working within a manufacturing background
