This company are looking for a maintenance engineer to join their international business, based at their west midlands site who are responsible for over £150 million of their annual turnover. They are one of the most consistent and economic manufacturers within the heavy industrial sector. This company continue to grow which is evident through them investing in more UK sites and the demand for their product within Europe rising.
The role
The maintenance engineer role would include, but not limited to:
- Working on hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
- Fault finding mechanically on all factory equipment
- Following PPM (planned preventative maintenance) plans when required
- 70% Reactive work alongside the PPM’s on-site machinery
- Working in a heavy industrial environment
About you
The ideal maintenance engineer would have:
- Experience/time served working in a heavy industrial environment
- The ability to fault find, especially mechanically
- Have knowledge and experience working on hydraulics and pneumatics
- In possession of a recognisable engineering qualification
- A can do, get stuck in attitude to work
