The company
Our client is a leading manufacturer of food products who have been established for over 100 years. This family-owned business is a real success story and has multiple sites across the globe. A true market leader within their field, they provide the highest quality products to all the major supermarkets and supply own label and branded.
Their site in Leicester produces several different high-quality products and supplies into all the major multiples, their group turnover peaks at £1bn. The business has major growth plans and has recently seen a significant investment across their sites and are also looking to enhance their capacity on site with the introduction of new production lines in the coming years.
The Role
As a Maintenance Engineer your role will include;
- Breakdown/reactive maintenance
- Planned preventative maintenance
- Project work/continuous improvement
The candidate
Our client is looking for a Maintenance Engineer who;
- Has a level 3 qualification or equivalent
- Electrical skillset – happy to fault find electrical
- Experience in an FMCG or manufacturing environment
- A good attitude and aptitude to learn
- Experience being in a leadership position or management
