Role: Maintenance Manager
Shifts: Days Monday to Friday
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000
Location: Harlow

My Client are a growing business that have doubled their turnover in the last 5 years due to consistent re-investment of profits on some of the latest automation on the market. As a result of this growth they are now looking to add a Maintenance Manager to their Engineering function to continue their growth projection. This family run business have been established for over 150 years and can provide the right candidate stability. The Role:
The Role of Maintenance Manager will include:
- Being the Technical Support Lead on site for any issues the Engineering team struggle to fix
- Man Management responsibility for a small sized Engineering function – taking care of holidays, sick, training and appraisals
- Taking lead of all projects on site
- Managing Engineering Budgets
- Managing Health and Safety of the Engineering team on site
- Driving forward a culture of Planned Maintenance
The Candidate:
The right candidate for the role of Maintenance Manager will have:
- A recognised Engineering Qualification
- Experience Leading a Engineering Team (This can be as a Team Leader)
- Be Confident Fault Finding Electrically
- Experienced with Training and Developing Engineers
- Experience with running projects and having some budget control
