Electrical Maintenance team leader.

Salary: (Including shift allowance) £44,000 - £46,000 + company bonuses + Premium overtime rates + bank holidays off

3 Shift rotation. (Days and nights)

Average earnings in the position: £50,000

Duties of an Electrical Maintenance Team Leader

You’ll be tasked with the daily running of the shift. Here you’ll lead a skilled team of 3 engineers with the general maintenance of a busy production facility. This position is perfect an experience electrical engineer looking to progress or an experienced team leader looking to work for a market leader whilst remaining hands on.

Duties will include:

  • Managing a skilled team of 2/3 engineers.
  • Electrical maintenance.
  • PLC trouble shooting when required.
  • Shift handovers and reports.
  • Reactive and scheduled maintenance.
  • Managing contractors.
  • Ensuring health and safety standards are kept.

The business has a great induction process and will work with you to settle into the role.

A successful electrical maintenance team leader:

For this role, the right candidate will need to:

  • Hold a Level 3 Engineering qualification.
  • You must have experience with PLCs
  • My client is very open to aspiring engineers looking to step up into a management position.
