Maintenance team leader
My client are a market leading FMCG company that has over 100 years experience in their field. In this time they have gained a large market share and now supply their products all over the world. The company continues to grow and due to continued investment and market share they now have an excellent opportunity for an experienced maintenance team leader to join their team.
The duties of the maintenance team leader will be to develop the existing planned maintenance and continuous improvement. You will be delivering projects that are agreed on with engineering manager. You will be training and mentoring maintenance engineers and setting them out their own project work.

To be considered for the role of maintenance team leader then experience in this role is an advantage. If you don’t have team leader experience then a drive to reach the next level is required along with a proven track record of delivering projects and training other team members. You must have knowledge f modern engineering techniques, breakdown analysis, 5Y, Condition based maintenance. You will be passionate about developing yourself and others so good communication skills are required.
