Your Role:
As a maintenance team leader, your role will include –
- Leading a small team of engineers on days, dealing with holidays/sickness.
- Budget control, dealing with downtime and OEE
- Keeping the site running
- Dealing with any hands on reactive/planned maintenance.
You:
Our client is looking for a maintenance team leader who.
- Has a level 3 qualification or equivalent?
- Electrical skillset – happy to fault find electrical.
- Experience in an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
- A good attitude and aptitude to learn.
- A strong leader with good man management skills.
