ATA Recruitment are looking for an experienced Contract Recruitment Consultant to join our team as a Managing Consultant!
This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside an experienced Associate Director - with 20+ years of experience at ATA and within the contract engineering sector – in a pivotal role for the growth of this division. We are looking to hire someone with aspirations to mentor, support and lead, with a fast route of progression to management available.
The successful candidate will specialise in the Design and Project Controls sector, finding vacancies and candidates in the contract market. Historically, this has been a very lucrative and successful area for ATA and as such, there is a vast amount of data to utilise, further enhancing your pace of success. There will also be leads generated by our consultants, candidate delivery support and existing business relationships to utilise. Sector experience would be beneficial but is not a prerequisite for this role; we can provide training to bring you up to speed.
Our ideal candidate will be an experienced and competent Recruitment Consultant, who has either led or mentored a small team of Consultants, or who feels as though they are ready to take that step.
