Mechanical Fitter - DAYS

Helmsley, North Yorkshire

£25-30k + private medical, pension, 25 days holiday

Main Purpose of the Role 
To work as a Mechanical Fitter for a worldwide brand with exciting products and chance to work in a varied and stimulating environment with the opportunity to learn valuable skills and progress.

The Person 
You should be flexible and dynamic in your approach and bring energy and drive to your work. Key requirements are; 
• Must be able to understand schematic drawings
• Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience of hydraulics and mechanical fitting
• Apprentice trained

Key Responsibilities 
• Mechanical assembly of products consisting of structural components, pumps, motors, valves, gearing etc.
• Fabrication of hydraulic systems, initial set-up and testing of pumps and valves
• Functional test of hydraulic systems
• General mechanical maintenance
