Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Location: Worksop
Contract Length: 12 months
Shift Pattern: Panama’s – Days and Nights
Rate: £33-£36p/h

(Outside IR35)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineers to join our team on a 12-month contract. You will be responsible for maintaining mechanical equipment in a reactive environment.

Key Responsibilities of a Maintenance Engineer:

  • Carry out day-to-day mechanical and electrical maintenance
  • Working on Mechanical machinery such as conveyors, hydraulics, lift tables, cranes and rollers etc.
  • Training on the in-house Plc software – BCI SynQ
  • Ensure compliance with all site and industry standards
  • At least 5 hours’ worth of maintenance per shift along with keeping the plant running

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 2 minimum
  • Ability to work alone on shifts
  • Proven experience in a reactive maintenance setting
  • Reliable, punctual, team player, and professional attitude
  • Working at Heights is Desirable
