Salary - £36-42k (plus overtime and excellent bonus structure)

My Client are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance team leader to join their busy production site in West Yorkshire. You will provide breakdown and maintenance cover on a varied range of machinery in addition to managing a team of multi skilled engineers. This company has multiple sites across the UK and continue to win orders which means they need to ensure their manufacturing facilities are operating at 100% capacity.

The role of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer:
- Implement effective maintenance and work that fit within their safety and quality standards in a timely manner
- Assist in improving plant performance
- Dealing with both planned and preventative/predictive maintenance
- Provide first-hand support to fault diagnosis to root cause
The Ideal Candidate:
To be successful in your application as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer you must have the following skills or attributes:
- Has worked in a factory/manufacturing environment for a minimum of 1 year
- Able to work on mechanical faults; such has pneumatics, pulleys, bearings
- Able to fully diagnose electrical fault finds having used; multi meters, PLC, three-phase, sensors (desirable)
- Happy to work nights and flexible where possible for over time
- Must have a recognised Electrical or Mechanical Qualification (Apprentice) – Level 3 minimum
- To be able to work autonomously
