Control Panel Wireman x3 – Peterborough.

£20 p/h OUTSIDE IR35 LTD/UMBRELLA

May be asked to travel to other sites expenses paid.

3-4 months contract with potential Extension

50 - 60 hours a week available

This business is a specialist manufacturer of high precision machinery. As well as working with globally recognised clients this client has had steady turnovers for many years. They are now looking to expand and require 3 Panel Wireman to join them on a long-term contract.

The Panel Wirer will be responsible for the following.

- The role will involve:

  • Working from schematics and layout drawings.
  • Drilling/tapping and some basic mechanical work.
  • Inserting components – breakers, drives, invertors.
  • Wiring up the panels from a set of schematics.

The candidate must possess the following skills to be considered for this role:

  • Experience in Panel building.
  • Be able to read and work from schematics and general engineering drawings.
  • Have an electrical qualification e.g. Electrical Apprenticeship, NQV Level 3 or equivalent.
  • Site experience would be beneficial.
  • ECS Desirable
