ATA Recruitment are looking for an experienced permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Leicester. Working alongside one of our Associate Directors with over 15 years experience with us and in this sector, this is a rare and exciting opportunity to support with the delivery of one of our key accounts, with a view to take over the management of it after 12 months. Alongside this, there will be the expectation to generate your own client base, through B2B sales and utilising our extensive database. Due to the nature of this role, we are looking for someone who is confident in running a full 360 process, with the ability to successfully manage candidates to the point of offer.
The ideal candidate will aspire to lead and support with the management/development of junior colleagues with a view to move into a formal management position after 12-18 months. They will have a desire to grow a successful team around them, becoming an integral part of ATA Recruitment and future growth plans. There will be training, coaching and support as they make this transition from a Senior Management team who have all progressed through our structure themselves.
Although experience in our sector (or another technical sector) would be viewed favourably, we would also consider someone with a proven track record in white collar permanent recruitment in any sector. 360 recruitment experience is imperative, as is the ability to evidence your previous billings.
The successful candidate can expect to join a supportive and energetic team who are very excited about the growth of our business and welcome new talent with open arms. We ensure all of our Consultants have everything they need to be successful; equipment, access to leading job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter licenses and lead generation tools, as well ongoing internal and external training, weekly one on ones with your Manager and quarterly and annual appraisals. Our commission is completely uncapped, with the ability to earn up to 25% on all placements, as well as team bonus once you have progressed into the management role.
