ATA Recruitment are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our established permanent White Collar recruitment team in Leicester.

This new role has been created to help support high client demand within the automation/controls/electrical design engineering space and as such, experience in this sector would be viewed very favourably (although we will consider candidates with other White Collar Engineering recruitment experience).

This will be a 360-recruitment position and you will be expected to generate and maintain your own client relationships through B2B sales and effective account management. That said, there are many companies we are already working with that are actively recruiting within this sector, meaning that there is ample opportunity for the successful candidate to build up a busy and thriving desk.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside an extremely experienced (over 15 years with ATA) Associate Director, who has built up a high-performing, successful team. At ATA we care about your development and progression and will work with you to ensure you achieve your own specific aspirations and goals.

Due to the technical nature of the roles you will be recruiting for, we are looking for someone who is able to absorb and retain information well. You will need to have the ability to converse confidently with professionals within this sector, articulating detailed information. ATA Recruitment strives to offer a thorough and professional service to all our clients and candidates – to ensure this happens, we are looking for someone who wants to become an ‘expert’ in their field, and will immerse themselves in this sector, both through their own self development and with our ongoing support.

Ganymede is committed to creating a diverse workforce and is an equal opportunities employer. We welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons regardless of age, disability, gender, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, and sexual orientation
