Production operator, Milton, £29716 (Including shift allowance) + Productivity bonus, up to £50per week, 10% pension
Day shift only (12 hours) Average 42 hours per week, working 4 days one week, followed by 3 days the next.

The company who has been established for over 60 years employ over 2000 staff across the country and boast a portfolio of manufactured goods second to none. With a turnover eclipsing £400 million the business is going from strength to strength and are set to grow even further throughout 2022. They are now looking for a production operator to join their established team.
About the role
As a production operator you will be responsible for the following:
- Operating a variety of machinery
- Working to company targets
- Manual labour
- Maintaining health and safety standards
- General housekeeping tasks
To be considered for this production operator role you need the following:
- Previous experience working as an operator (Ideally from a factory environment).
- Be physically fit
- You must be happy to work within an industrial manufacturing environment
- Have health and safety at the forefront of your mind.
- Well organised in terms of maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe work environment
