Our white-collar team is no different, and with more vacancies than we can cope with we urgently need to add to the team. Working alongside a Divisional Sales Manager who has over 15 years’ experience and one of the best reputations in the business your role will be to provide initial delivery support to our key customers filling a wide variety of roles from design engineers to CI Managers.
You can expect an intensive training period to help you learn engineering and our own best practice (The ATA Way). Once you are comfortable then you will be given leads to convert as well as be expected to develop your own client base. The market is huge and currently very buoyant, so for those that aspire to lead then you will then be given the remit to go and build your own team as a Managing Consultant. As your team grows and performs your progression won’t end their, the long-term goal will be to get you to Divisional Manager.
