ATA Recruitment – shortlisted for the Best Engineering Recruitment Agency 2021 at The Recruiter Awards - are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join us in Leeds in our maintenance team.
This team specialises within the engineering maintenance market throughout Yorkshire and work with a select number of businesses within the food, FMCG, manufacturing, automotive and heavy engineering sectors.
The type of roles you would be recruiting for include;
- Maintenance technicians
- Maintenance engineers
- Maintenance team leader
- Maintenance planners
- Maintenance managers
The successful candidate will be working alongside an extremely experience Managing Consultant, who has been with ATA for over 17 years. With a wealth of knowledge and a fantastic understanding of the sector, they are well placed to support you as you progress through your training and career with us.

We provide thorough and ongoing training throughout your career with us, and our established team is always on hand to support. You will be partnered with a more experienced Recruiter, who will be your mentor and help you. All our positions are 360 recruitment roles and therefore sales-focused, so if you are ambitious and personable, this could be the ideal role for you!
Alongside our training programme and dependant on performance, there is also the opportunity for the Recruitment Consultant to progress every six months. You will know exactly what is expected from you to continue to develop throughout your career with us, with many different routes of progression available.
While no recruitment experience is required to become a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, sales experience/knowledge of the maintenance sector will be considered as advantageous.
