** Site Manager – North of England (multi-site) **
£325–£375 p/d (Outside IR35)

Heavy Engineering / Mechanical Installations / Infrastructure Projects
My client is a respected engineering organisation and are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the installation and coordination of works on a major scheme in the North of England.
Daily Duties of the Site Manager:
- Plan, coordinate and supervise daily on-site activities
- Ensure all works are delivered in line with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures
- Lead daily briefings and maintain clear communication with clients, contractors and internal teams
- Manage and maintain all site-based H&S files, quality records and regulatory documentation
- Coordinate deliveries, logistics and the sequencing of installation activities
The Ideal Site Manager Will Have:
- 5–10 years' experience managing construction or heavy engineering sites
- Strong knowledge of mechanical installation, steelwork and or heavy plant assembly
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Highly organised, proactive and able to work under pressure
- Confident leadership style with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams
Qualifications Required:
- HNC/HND in an engineering or technical discipline
- SMSTS
- CSCS Black (or equivalent senior site management card)
