Technical Author – Industrial Machinery
Kettering – 6-Month Contract (On-site)
Mon–Fri – 40 hrs/week
Outside IR35 – £45–£50ph
ATA Recruitment are working with a leading machinery manufacturer who require a Technical Author to support the creation and update of technical documentation for their equipment.

Key responsibilities:
- Creating and editing technical manuals for complex mechanical systems
- Liaising with engineering teams to gather technical info
- Working with hydraulics, automation systems, and industrial components
- Ensuring documentation meets safety and compliance standards
You will need:
- Strong mechanical/engineering background
- Knowledge of hydraulics, automation & industrial switches
- Previous experience writing technical documentation
- On-site availability (no remote working)
