TIG/MIG Welder Position – Leicester

Temporary to Permanent Role

£16 (PAYE) plus holiday pay

Working Hours:

• Monday-Thursday: 8 am-4:30 pm
• Friday: 8 am-1:30 pm

Immediate Welding Opportunity

Our client is seeking a skilled TIG/MIG Welder in Leicester for a temporary-to-permanent role offering competitive remuneration and holiday benefits. This role presents an immediate opportunity to contribute to our client's dynamic team, and qualified candidates are invited to apply promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabrication of parts with precision and attention to detail.
• Proficient welding primarily using TIG, with occasional application of MIG techniques.
• Specialized welding of Stainless Steel primarily utilizing TIG methods.
• Welding a variety of fabricated parts, emphasizing non-structural elements and some basic structural components.
• Executing welding tasks on materials with thickness ranging between 1mm-20mm.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in both TIG and MIG welding, showcasing versatility.
• Strong work ethic with a focus on detail and craftsmanship.
• Additional experience in plating would be advantageous.
