As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, your role will involve:
- Crafting compelling job adverts for available positions.
- Reviewing CVs to identify suitable candidates for various roles.
- Conducting interviews with engineers to deepen your sector knowledge.
- Matching qualified candidates with customer vacancies.
- Guiding candidates through the interview process, providing briefing, feedback, and offer management support.
Once you've mastered your market sector, you'll progress to a comprehensive 360-degree role that includes:
- Business Development – Following up on leads and marketing initiatives to cultivate new customer relationships.
- Meeting with customers to showcase "The ATA Way" and articulate how we enhance their recruitment process.
- Consulting with customers to debrief on vacancies and precisely understand their requirements.
