Midlands based – UK wide development – Home Based Role
50k – 55k base plus package
Package includes Pension, Car, Phone, Laptop, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and performance related bonus

Our client is well known within the industry for their product and pride themselves on their results. The Company are keen to hire a candidate, who aspires to grow and develop the role and in time take on further responsibility within the company.
The company are going from strength to strength with key clients expanding orders as well as an increase of work coming due to expansions in the market place. The addition of a UK Sales Manager to the team adds to the organic growth from the last couple of years, with future expansion in the pipeline planned over the next three years
The Role
The successful UK Sales Manager will be:
- Covering business needs across the UK
- Able to own the entire sales process, from lead generation, technical evaluation to closing sales
- Highly customer facing role with need to give commercial and technical presentations to clients
- 90% New business development selling the client’s unique product
- Fact finding client’s current situation, needs based selling and selling other features and benefits of the company
- Submission of documentation including quotations and orders
-Salesprocess can take up to 9-12 months due to the size of the projects, so having attention to detail is essential
- Handling of projects/order values from £50,000- £250,000 on average but can be larger
The Candidate
Due to the nature of the role, the successful UK Sales Manager will have:
- Mechanical or industrial exposure
- Experience of selling automated/ materials handling equipment
- Commercially minded
- The desire to go above and beyond, whilst maintaining the company’s high standards
- The desire to develop relationships and deliver exceptional customer service either face to face or through other communication methods
- UK driving licence
