Here is how our process works

Fact Find

Each consultant has an area of expertise in the business and a minimum of 5 years’ experience, they understand the technicalities of your business and will discuss your requirements and will explain the process setting the scene of what you can expect. Open and visible is what you get at all times.

Understanding your business

A face-to-face meeting will be held where we go into more detail about your organisation and what a candidate can expect from you. You can explain the culture and future for the business. You will also be taken through our unique interview card which covers 27 questions in 3 key areas – Skills, Personality, Values, and will show you the detail of how we engage candidates to ensure you get the right person at the right time.

The search begins

Your role will then be placed, and we will send a job advert to our database which is smart-coded, so we only pick up the relevant CVs to your role. We will brief internally so all consultants are aware of your role and go to job boards. Finally, we will have a list of potentially suitable employees for you, but you don’t see this list!

Candidate Interviews

Each of these candidates are interviewed by experienced consultants using our unique interview card that gets to the core of their skills, values, and personality. Only then will we select the best candidates to show you.

Your chance to investigate

Once you have decided who you would like to see, everything is then arranged by us and each candidate is given a prep pack, so they understand the role and your business, ensuring they are well prepared. After interview we will not only forward your feedback, but we will also get feedback from the candidate for you.

Got them

You’ve found the right person! We take care of getting your offer out and dealing with all negotiations, we also check in the new employee throughout their probation period to ensure they are excited about their new role and answer any questions they may have.

It's aftercare

Once your new employee is in place, we don’t leave it there. We check in with them in week 1, week 4 and week 12 to ensure they are enjoying the role and gain any feedback from them. Should there be something that you would need to know we will of course feed that back to you.
