Understanding Your Organisation

Our aim is always to get it right first time, so getting to know you and your business first is always our main priority. We will take the time to understand what you are trying to achieve, as well as advising on current market conditions. We can then agree on the best fit for your business, as well as a realistic time frame to fill the role for you.

Longlist

With over 50,000 candidates in our database we know we will have an abundance of Engineers that will fit your need. But we don’t rest on our laurels, we’ll also be advertising your role (confidentially) across all of our available job boards as well as sourcing the newest and best CV’s that are fresh on the market. Our role is to then identify a long list of suitable CV’s which we want to make a more detailed assessment of on your behalf.

Shortlist

Each of these candidates are interviewed by experienced consultants using our unique interview process that gets to the core of their skills, values, and personality. This interview can take from 45 minute to an hour, only then we will select the best candidates to show you. Our aim is to present you a shortlist of suitable candidates within 72 hours.

The Interview Process

Once you have decided who you would like to see, everything is then arranged by us and each candidate is given a thorough brief, so they understand the role and your business, ensuring they are well prepared for you. We will take full feedback from each candidate before conducting a through debrief with you, so should you want to make a hire you’ll know what you need to do to get them.

Offer Management

Once you’ve found the right person, we take care of getting your offer out, dealing with negotiations and supporting them through their resignation process. We also check in the new employee throughout their notice period to ensure they are excited about their new role and answer any questions they may have.

Aftercare

Once your new employee is in place, we don’t leave it there. We check in with them in week 1, week 4 and week 12 to ensure they are enjoying the role and gain any feedback from them. Should there be something that you need to know we will feed that back to you.
