Fact Find

You’ll spend time with one of our experienced consultants who supports your chosen industry. You will spend around 45 minutes to an hour discussing your CV, focussing specifically on your experience, skills, plans, aspirations, and needs. This allows us to understand what the right role for you looks like.

The Search Begins

Post interview we will run an initial search against all of our live vacancies. Rest assured if the right role isn’t available now, with us receiving over 120 new vacancies per month, it soon will be. No matter how long it takes we’ll keep in touch until the right opportunity arises, this is why 72% of the vacancies we place come from candidates who we already registered with us.

The Ball Starts Rolling

Once we have found a role to suit you, we will call and explain everything. We are as thorough with our clients as we have been with you, so we will have lots of information to share before you decide if you want to be put forward.

Interview Time

You’ll be supported every step of the way by your consultant who will run through questions and give you any advice and help you need. Importantly, you’ll have an information pack that includes all the details about the role, the business, the culture, and people you’ll be seeing. You will have everything you need to prepare you for a great interview. After the interview, we will call you for your feedback and pass on any comments the client have given to us.

Success

You’ve been offered the role; congratulations we knew you could do it! To ensure you get a great package we will manage all contract negotiations on your behalf and keep you up to date. Once we have contracts out and a start date, we will confirm everything to you.

Aftercare

Leaving a job and starting at a new company can be nerve racking. We will support you throughout your notice period and answer any questions you may have. But the relationship doesn't end there. Once you are in your new position, we will be in regular contact over your first few months to check that you're not just settling in, but thriving in your new position.
