My Background in Recruitment

​I specialise in the permanent side of recruitment. When it comes to engineering and manufacturing. I primarily focus on the maintenance roles. I recruit for all different industries including FMCG, Food, Building Products, Chemicals, Aerospace, Heavy Engineering and all other blue collar manufacturing industries.

My aim as a recruitment consultant is to build and maintain new and existing relationships with candidates and clients. These relationships allow me to add the most value possible when it comes to the recruitment process.  

My emphasis goes into gaining an understanding of what my client is seeking from a technical and personality perspective and matching that with a candidate who has the skillset required and shares the same vision of the client.

The best part of my job

Undoubtedly, the best part of my job is when I am able to provide value to the exchange between the candidate and the client. This leads to a sense of accomplishment when both parties are satisfied by the value provided from my service.

What I do when I'm not in the office

My main interest outside of the office is either playing or watching football. I play 5-a-side on a weekly basis and unfortunately have a season ticket at Leeds United which usually fills my weekends with misery.
