Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Location: Rotherham
Salary: £47,000 | Double Days | 7% Pension | Xmas Shutdown | Funded Training (Potential HNCs)

Shifts: Mon – Fri 6-2, 2-10

We are recruiting a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established UK manufacturing site operating a fast-paced production environment. This is a stable, long-term opportunity within a close-knit engineering team that values training, development, and internal progression.

The Role

Working as part of the site maintenance team, you will be responsible for a mix of reactive and planned maintenance across production equipment, supporting manufacturing to minimise downtime and improve reliability.

  • Electrical fault finding and diagnostics
  • Planned and reactive maintenance activities
  • Supporting production during breakdowns
  • Working with CMMS and maintenance schedules

The role operates on a double days shift pattern (6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm) and offers a good balance between breakdown response and preventative maintenance.

About You

  • NVQ Level 3 minimum (Electrical or Multi-Skilled)
  • Strong electrical fault-finding ability
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on, team-based environment
