My background in recruitment
I started my journey with ATA in December 2005 as a very green Chemistry graduate in a suit that didn’t fit!! Over my years within the business, I’ve worked across a number of recruitment roles before progressing into leadership and strategic sales management positions.
My current role as Associate Director of our permanent business has an enjoyable mix of development of our senior management team as well as customer growth.

My forte as a recruiter has always been in the white-collar technical area, so I'm best placed to support with design and project-related positions.
In my current role, I'm much more focused on helping customers strategically deliver their recruitment and finding ways to partner more effectively with them.

Easy – helping people develop. I get the biggest kick out of seeing others grow and become more successful.
What I do when I'm not in the office
Too many things!
I'm into lots of running (with my first marathon coming up soon!), playing in a band, and showcasing my skills as a singer, guitarist, drummer, and pianist. I also enjoy a good game of squash and have been an avid golfer for some time.
On top of that, I cherish creating amazing experiences with my family. My 11-year-old daughter ensures to keep me on my toes.

ATA approached me via email about a job opportunity. Right from the initial contact ATA were being attentive as the role presented to me was exactly what I was looking for; salary, location, package and in line with my experience. A telephone interview was arranged with Andy who took a great deal of time to dig into what I knew and had experience with.
