Position: Assembly Operative
Type: 13 weeks Temporary to Permanent Role
Salary: £13.75 (PAYE) plus holiday pay £1.66
Working Hours:
Monday-Thursday: 6am-4.15pm or 7am-17.15am (9.75 hours a day with a half-hour unpaid break)
Friday: x1.3
Saturday: x1.5
Sunday: x2 Double Pay

Responsibilities as an Assembly operative:
- Your role as an Assembly operative will involve drilling and bolting large, fabricated parts according to engineering drawings.
- You will be tasked to assemble, bolt together fabricated parts, cut and assemble fabricated items.
- You will be using hand tools and drills.
- You will also be tasked in the packaging of the fabricated parts using specific machines.
Candidate Requirements as an Assembly operative:
- You must come from a fabrication /assembly/engineering background.
- Fabrication preparation work Desirable but not essential (plasma cutter, rolling/bending, cutting)
- Be able to use hand tools.
- You should be able to operate packaging machines would be desirable.
- Be able to read Engineering Drawings.
