Electrical (E-plan) Design Engineer - West Yorkshire
2-month contract / Outside IR35
Contract: circa £30p/h - £33p/h DOE
E-plan / pro-panel 3D / schematics / machinery
I am recruiting for a key client in West Yorkshire, who specialise in the design and manufacturer of special purpose automated machinery into fast paced/FMCG and process industries. They are now recruiting for an exciting contract role for an Electrical (E-plan) Design Engineer for initially two months, potentially longer project dependant.
For this position, you will require to conduct the following daily duties:

Designing electrical drawings and 3D models, GA’s, panels and schematics for complex machinery design and build

Work in conjunction with internal engineering departments and project plans
The successful person will need to have the following attributes:
-
E-plan (& pro-panel) design software experience
-
Strong project engineering experience
-
Ability to interpret complex specifications and electrical schematics, with a keen eye for problem solving

Electrical engineering background into applications including machinery, materials handling equipment, SPM etc.

Hands on experience within build would be an additional benefit

A team player, a strong communicator at all levels, working within complex project team environment, and strives for excellence
