Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FMCG
Based in Hounslow – 6 Months Temp to Perm
3 Shift Pattern – 6am/2pm – 2pm/10pm and 10pm/6am
£40 - 45k per annum
Being amongst the world’s leading manufacturer food caterer. The business is now looking for an electrical maintenance engineer to support the internal team and to ensure downtime is to a minimum whilst maintaining standards of a variety of equipment. The day-to-day responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer will involve the following.
- Reactive maintenance will include fault finding and replacing components on a variety of machines.
- Preventative maintenance
- Electrical responsibilities will include fault finding on PLCs and a variety of electrical components such as sensors, relays, proximities, contactors, single phase, three phase, E stops.
- This will involve covering 3 floors
The Maintenance Engineer must possess the following skills and experience.
- Previous electrical experience within an industrial site, can be within, manufacturing, logistics and FMCG
- Electrical engineering qualification is a must
- Able to fault find and repair a wide range of electrical components
- Experience with working on Siemens PLC’s including interrogating, fault finding and rectifying.
- Must be physically fit
The benefits of this contract are the following.
- Opportunity to go permanent after 6 months
- 3 Shift pattern including Earlies, Lates and Nights
