The Company:
Based in the Selby/Goole area, this company manufacture innovative products that are in huge demand. They are a well-established market leader and work with a portfolio of instantly recognisable customers both in the UK and abroad and are experiencing significant growth at the minute.
As a result, they are now looking for an engineering manager to lead their experienced maintenance department, manage capital projects and help them develop new systems and processes in order to grow.

The Role:

As an engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:

Improving machine availability across a large, fully automated site

Coaching and developing a team of multiskilled maintenance engineers

Driving through positive change
-
Implementing your own systems to improve standards in the department
