Role – Facilities Engineer
Salary - £37,200
Location – Luton
Shift Pattern – Double day 6-2 and 2-10 (1 week in 4 on call)
Pension – 6% Contribution

The Role
The Facilities Engineer will carry out minor projects and installation works, Electrical and Mechanical maintenance, reactive and planned maintenance, troubleshooting and resolving issues, repairing and upgrading all areas across the site.
To be successful in this role you must have supporting Mechanical and Electrical qualifications, knowledge of Air Conditioning, Plumbing/Water System, Fire Alarm testing, automated doors and general building maintenance. Flexible approach to emergency call outs, good communication and IT skills.
The Candidate
The Ideal Facilities Engineer will have:
- An electrical or mechanical qualification
- Experience fault finding on mechanical and electrical components.
