The Company
Our client is looking for a field service engineer to join a company that supply packaging solutions to some of the biggest names in the FMCG industry! As a field service engineer, you will be conducting a mix of workshop, field, install and service work all over the UK for a range of different clients and industries – perfect for engineers who love meeting new people and working of different types of machinery!
The Role
As a field service engineer, you will be responsible for:
- 50% of the work is servicing at a range of different client sites, installing, maintaining and servicing production lines
- Conducting 50% workshop work based out of the site in Bradford
- The role is multi – skilled so you will be fault finding on electrical and mechanical components whilst also working on PLCs
Requirements
To work as a field service engineer, our client requires:
- A qualification or apprenticeship (NVQ level 3 minimum) in either mechanical or electrical engineering
- Previous experience in fault finding mechanically and electrically
- You to be commutable to Bradford although a lot of the work is out in the field
- A full UK driving Licence
