Field Service Engineer
Location – You can be based anywhere in the UK
Salary & Package – Negotiable depending on experience + door to door pay
Benefits – Company car + £25 per night tax free meal allowance + pension
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in your application you must have the following skills or attributes:
- Must have a recognised electrical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ, Apprenticeship, etc).
- MUST have experience of servicing plastic injection moulding machinery
ROLE
As a field service engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, commissioning and installation of high end injection moulding machinery. You will ensure that new electrical and mechanical installations are installed to a world class standard in accordance with the company’s standards.
This is a key role to provide a first-class service to their client base, reacting quickly and efficiently to customer breakdown callouts, whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer service.
You will be working in a customer focused environment, building relationships to understand the needs of the customers which in turn will help add value to the service provided.
